SARUD project is presented at the meeting of "The German-Russian agripolitical dialogue" [06.12.17]
The University of Hohenheim hosted a meeting with the representatives of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture and rectors of Russian agricultural universities
On the 27-30th of November 2017 the members of the "The German-Russian agripolitical dialogue" visited Baden-Württemberg in order to strengthen the relations between Russia and Germany with regard to the issues in agrarian education, scientific and research cooperation. In Hohenheim, the guests were presented with the master´s program "Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development" launched this autumn in Russia and Kazakhstan. According to Prof. Martin Dieterich, coordinator of SARUD at the University of Hohenheim, there is a shortage of respective research projects between Russian and German universities. Therefore, study programs like SARUD are an important step forward towards development of cooperation in the field.
