The Czech University of Life Sciences Prague is situated on spacious and modern campus in the north western outskirts of Prague, about 20 minutes from the city centre. The university focuses on educating students in the crucial areas of safety in the food chain and protection of the biosphere, including sustainable land and water management. CULS currently offers 6 BSc and 16 MSc study programmes taught entirely in English. CULS consists of Faculty of Agrobiology, Food and Natural Resources, Environmental Sciences, Forestry, Engineering as well as Economics and Management. The Faculty of Engineering also educates graduates in ecologically sound waste management, environmentally friendly road vehicle management and alternative energy production (i.e. solar cell technology).
